We are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant for our client based in Naas.
Overview
The successful candidate will join a very well-established property management company on a full time/permanent basis. The role requires someone who can work independently in a busy office whilst working as part of a team, and with an ability to adapt and be reactive in a fast-paced environment. Previous 2-3 years’ experience is essential for this role.
The Role
- Managing and dealing with client queries via telephone and email.
- Facilitating your department with daily duties when needed.
- Managing incoming payments and completing client statements.
- Processing invoices following approval.
- Prepare and set up electronic transfers and payments on banking online software.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly using software systems and in accordance with company policy.
- General admin and office duties.
- Other duties, as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proficient telephone and written communication manner.
- Competent computer skills.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- An ability to get along with the team and also to work on own initiative.
- Ability to organise and multi-task.
- A flexible, positive attitude towards work.
- Prior property is desirable but not essential.
- Previous 2-3 years’ experience in an accounts’ role.
