Business Development Manager

Nuvo Recruitment are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic Business Development Manager for their growing team. This role provides excellent progression opportunities within an expanding company, currently experiencing an exciting growth phase. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and growth of Nuvo business through strategic account management and identifying new business opportunities.

 

The Role

  • Developing and maintaining client relationships, proactively managing client accounts to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
  • Working towards KPIs and ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities, while being able to generate and present client proposals.
  • Be responsible, with support, for client contract negotiations and reviews.
  • Liaising with senior management to create business development strategies.
  • Ensure CRM system is updated and sales forecasting is accurate.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure efficient and effective reporting of business development to the wider group.
  • Train and coach new team members as the company grows.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Solution-focused, self-starter with experience in B2B business development.
  • Mature and consultative approach to business development with strong attention to customer account management.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to develop, grow and foster client relationships.
  • Positive attitude and highly motivated to achieve results.
  • Extensive social and business networks.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment/healthcare industry is an advantage.
