This May, Nuvo Healthcare Recruitment, as part of the Crewit Resourcing Group, achieved our ‘Great Place to Work’ certification.
Led by our Managing Director, Amie Colgan, our team went through the four-step process required to pass. This included a Trust Index© Employee Survey, creating a Culture Brief©, a review and a threshold assessment.
Our ‘Above and Beyond’ culture stood fourth and exceeded the requirements to be a certified ‘Great Place to Work’.
