How long does it take to complete the registration process and become compliant?
Registering with us is quick and easy, taking just a few minutes online or over the phone with one of our team members. We strive to make the compliance process as simple as possible by providing clear instructions, guidance, and friendly reminders to help you stay on track. The timeline for completion depends on how quickly you gather and submit the necessary documents. Providing all required information promptly allows us to complete your compliance efficiently.
This process is crucial to ensure the safety of both you and the service users, as well as maintaining the integrity of the service. Can I choose my schedule?
Yes, we offer flexible shifts to suit your availability, including full-time, part-time, and casual roles. Once you are registered with us and you download the TimeTemp App and confirm your availability, you will have access to shifts available. It is then up to you to simply accept or decline.
How long is my probationary period?
At Nuvo, probationary periods for employees, including temporary agency workers are generally capped at six months. This is in compliance with the standard set by the European Union (Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions) Regulations 2022, effective from 16 December 2022
How do I get paid as an Agency Worker?
At Nuvo we use TimeTemp App to streamline our work processes. As soon as your compliance is complete and you are fully registered for work, you will receive an email to ask you to download the Nuvo TimeTemp App on your phone. You can access TimeTemp via its mobile app, allowing you to manage your work-related activities on the go.
The App benefits you in several ways:
Provide and Update your availability: To enable you to be booked for shifts, you are required to complete your availability on a weekly basis. Keeping your availability up to date means that you are offered shifts as soon as they become available. See instructional video below.

Accepting Shifts: You can automatically accept or decline shifts offered through TimeTemp. See instructional video below:

Submitting Timesheets: When you complete a shift, your hours will be uploaded to TimeTemp (if not booked directly by the client) and you can submit a digital timesheet. You can also attach your signed paper timesheet via TimeTemp if required. See instructional video below.

When do I get paid?
Agency workers are paid weekly on Thursday . If payday is on a public holiday, payday will be the next banking day.
To ensure you are paid on time, you must ensure that your timesheet is completed, authorised and submitted through the
Contract workers on monthly salary are paid on the last Thursday of every month.
