Theatre Nurse Required
Theatre Nurse required for a leading private hospital in South Dublin. This is a full time perm role offering an opportunity work in a world class setting.
As a Theatre Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during surgical procedures. You will work alongside an interdisciplinary team including surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing patients for surgery and assisting in positioning them for the procedure
- Monitoring patients’ vital signs and ensuring their safety during the surgery
- Assisting the surgical team during the procedure, including passing instruments and supplies
- Administering medications and other treatments as ordered
- Providing patient education and support
Qualifications for this role include:
- Active nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Experience in perioperative nursing preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
