Preferred Recruitment Partner

To support this international recruitment service, we have an in-house work permit and visa division, Visa Works who have in-depth knowledge and experience in navigating the employment and professional registration complexities associated with international recruitment. The team deals exclusively with all immigration applications for our clients processing permit applications efficiently and expertly to ensure the transition process moves as smoothly as possible.

Since January 2022, we have 99% success rate employment permit applications and a 93% success rate for Visa applications. Our very high success rate means that both employers and candidates save on costs when coming to work in Ireland. Since 2022, we have successfully placed international candidates from Colombia, the Philippines, Bosnia, Serbia, Sri Lanka, India, Brazil, Argentina and South Africa in Ireland by having employment permits and Visas (where appliable) granted.

We support employers and applicants on an individual basis for each employment permit and/or Visa application. We provide one-on-one feedback to both client and candidate on each application for the information and documents they provide.

Our streamlined and efficient process has been developed with expert and knowledge and experience and has proven extremely successful.
